Job Responsibilities:
Provide pricing information to customers
Provide information on daily deals and discounts
Prepare customer and productivity reports for the benefit of supervisors
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses
Job Requirements for Pioneer Account - CSR for Telco
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
