Job Requirements:
- Good to excellent English communication skills.
- Good listening skills.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients and healthcare providers.
- Analyze and determine the eligibility of medical claims.
We accept applicants with the following:
- Filipino Citizen, or hold a working visa
- At least 6 months of Utilization Review / Utilization Management experience, or
- At least 6 months of medical coding experience
- Active PRC License
