Job Responsibilities :
Deliver top-of-the-line assistance and walk-through for US Subscribers.
Provide excellent information and case resolution pertaining to plan coverage and accounts
Documentation administration and tracking of consumer accounts
Adhere to prescribed standards by clients in handling clients.
Receive incoming calls from participants
Job Requirements for CSR Agents Needed
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
