Job Responsibilities :
- Assist localized climatic conditions, traditions, as well as attractions
- Generate alternate reservation plans in the event adjustments occur ahead of or in the course of the particular trip
- Generate bookings for organized journeys, such as resorts and airlines
- Follow-up with customers with regards to vacation options and help to make changes as needed
Job Requirements - NO EXPERIENCE NEEDED for Travel Account
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work on-site
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- With or without BPO or call center experience
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
