NO BPO Experience Needed - CSR for Travel Account

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide first rate know-how and case determination on the subject of plan coverage and accounts
  • Adhere to written guidelines by consumers in controlling users.
  • Answer individual inquiries, as well as consult individuals to obtain full knowledge of what information is being asked for.
  • Monitor Phone Checking for answers from the management company so call returns are done in a well-timed way.

Job Requirements - Pioneer Account for Customer Service Representative​

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
