Job Responsibilities :

  • Responds to phone inquiries and gives info/ direction to customers.
  • monitors mail, fax, and webmail to present user support.
  • Manages computer/on-line rules to reply to client concerns.
  • Communicates with clients on the phone or by written correspondence to handle issues.
  • Understand the customers’ expectations through productive listening and questioning skills

Job Requirements for Premium Telco Account

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
