HMO Day 1 - Customer Service Representative

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide first rate know-how and case determination on the subject of plan coverage and accounts
• Documentation control and checking of customer’s accounts
• Adhere to written up guidelines by consumer in controlling users.
• Receive inbound enquiries from members
• Answer individual inquires, as well as consult individuals to obtain full knowledge of what information are being asked for.

Job Requirements for HMO Day 1 - Customer Service Representative

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
