Job Responsibilities :
Adhere to approved measures by customers in managing customers.
Receive incoming telephone calls from individuals
Answer professional problems, as well as request people to get hold of a full understanding of what important info is being wanted.
Document all telephone calls when considering inquiries
Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from admin staff members so call returns are done in a prompt course.
Job Requirements for Customer Service Agent
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
