Job Responsibilities :

  • Adhere to approved measures by customers in managing customers.
  • Receive incoming telephone calls from individuals
  • Answer professional problems, as well as request people to get hold of a full understanding of what important info is being wanted.
  • Document all telephone calls when considering inquiries
  • Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from admin staff members so call returns are done in a prompt course.

Job Requirements for Customer Service Agent

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
