Coordinate with Account Mangers in determining new business opportunities with potential customers.
Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
Resolve customer issues/concerns promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality customer service.
Job Requirements CSR for Retail Account
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
