Customer Service Associate
Job Responsibilities:
Informs clients about services available and assesses customer needs.
Provides well-designed instruction, training and assistance to lower-level staff.
Provides assistance, training, and troubleshooting support to lower-level staff.
Schedules work to ensure accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.
Job Qualifications:
Can start asap.
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
