Customer Service Associate

Job Responsibilities:

  • Informs clients about services available and assesses customer needs.
  • Provides well-designed instruction, training and assistance to lower-level staff.
  • Provides assistance, training, and troubleshooting support to lower-level staff.
  • Schedules work to ensure accurate phone coverage; monitors priority of calls and shifts escalated calls to assure resolution to problems.

Job Qualifications:

  • Can start asap.
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
