Job Responsibilities:

  • Measure and study support levels when necessary.
  • Make recommendations to maximize methods and technical advancements.
  • Using a digitized system, takes action on customer inquiries in a call center setting.
  • May perform one or more of the following: Respond to phone concerns and complaints using recognized standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gathers facts, researches/resolves concerns, and logs customer calls.

Job Requirements for Customer Service Specialist - QC site

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
