Customer Service Specialist - QC site
Job Responsibilities:
Measure and study support levels when necessary.
Make recommendations to maximize methods and technical advancements.
Using a digitized system, takes action on customer inquiries in a call center setting.
May perform one or more of the following: Respond to phone concerns and complaints using recognized standard scripts and procedures.
Gathers facts, researches/resolves concerns, and logs customer calls.
Job Requirements for Customer Service Specialist - QC site
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
