Customer Service Representative - Pampanga Site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Gathers information, researches/resolves questions and logs client calls.
  • Communicates most effective options for resolution in a well-timed way.
  • Informs customers about solutions available and assesses client demands.
  • Provides functional recommendations, coaching and support to lower level personnel.
  • Provides support, training and troubleshooting assistance to lower level personnel.

Job Requirements:

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
