Gathers information, researches/resolves questions and logs client calls.
Communicates most effective options for resolution in a well-timed way.
Informs customers about solutions available and assesses client demands.
Provides functional recommendations, coaching and support to lower level personnel.
Provides support, training and troubleshooting assistance to lower level personnel.
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
