Job Responsibilities :
Measure and balance service levels when considered necessary.
Make suggestions to greatly improve steps and technical improvements.
Using a digital program, respond to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
May perform one or more of the following: Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using basic scripts and procedures.
Gathers specifics, researches/resolves questions, and logs customer calls.

Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to work on-site
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
