CSR- Telco Account | EARN UP TO 28K

Job Responsibilities :

  • Execute customer service programs when needed.
  • Gauge and evaluate service levels when required.
  • Make concepts to develop processes and specialized enhancements.
  • Using a computerized system responds to consumer queries in a call center environment.
  • May execute one or more of the following: Replies to telephone queries and grievances using standard scripts and operations.

Job Requirements for CSR- Telco Account | EARN UP TO 28K​

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
