Customer Service Representative | Open for HS/SHS Graduates

Job Responsibilities :

  • Measure and balance service levels when considered necessary.
  • Make suggestions to greatly improve steps and technical improvements.
  • Using a digital program, respond to customer inquiries in a call center environment.
  • May perform one or more of the following: Respond to telephone inquiries and complaints using basic scripts and procedures.
  • Gathers specifics, researches/resolves questions, and logs customer calls.

Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative | Open for HS/SHS Graduates​

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
