Customer Service Representative - Open for College Undergraduate
Job Responsibilities :
Provide first-rate information and facts and case resolution regarding plan coverage and accounts
Adhere to prescribed requirements by customers in controlling customers.
Answer participant issues, as well as consult with participants to receive a full understanding of what answers are being requested.
Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from administrative organizations so call returns are done in a timely process.
Follow up with customers within a 24-hour interval in regards to the initial phone call. Even if it is to just touch base and let the client know the query is still being looked at.
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative - Open for College Undergraduate
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
