Job Responsibilities:
Discovering the customers’ expectations via effective listening and questioning skills
Dealing Operating with all calls politely, , courteously, professionally & assertively
Complementing customers’ requirements to Clients’ solutions and services
Using arrangement and influencing methods to address objections and get the customers’ buy-in
Communicating pertinent details to internal and external customers and sharing understanding with colleagues
Job Requirements for Customer Service Representative -NO BPO Experience Needed
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
