Job Responsibilities:

  • Apply customer service systems when necessary.
  • Gauge and examine support levels when necessitated.
  • Make reviews to refine procedures and specialized advancements.
  • Using a digitized system, takes action on consumer issues in a call center setting.
  • May operate one or more of the following: Replies to phone problems and grievances using recognized standard scripts and operations.
  • Gathers specifics, researches/resolves concerns, and records user phone calls.

Job Requirements for Healthcare Specialist- CSR

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
