Job Responsibilities:
Apply customer service systems when necessary.
Gauge and examine support levels when necessitated.
Make reviews to refine procedures and specialized advancements.
Using a digitized system, takes action on consumer issues in a call center setting.
May operate one or more of the following: Replies to phone problems and grievances using recognized standard scripts and operations.
Gathers specifics, researches/resolves concerns, and records user phone calls.
Job Requirements for Healthcare Specialist- CSR
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
