Customer Service Representative - Antiopolo Site
Using a digital program, replies to user enquiries in a call center sector.
May conduct one or more of the following: Takes action to call issues and grievances using basic scripts and processes.
Gathers info, researches/resolves questions and records consumer phone calls.
Communicates right kind of opportunities for completion in a prompt way.
Informs users about solutions to choose from and determines consumer demands.
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
