Customer Service Representative - Antiopolo Site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Using a digital program, replies to user enquiries in a call center sector.
  • May conduct one or more of the following: Takes action to call issues and grievances using basic scripts and processes.
  • Gathers info, researches/resolves questions and records consumer phone calls.
  • Communicates right kind of opportunities for completion in a prompt way.
  • Informs users about solutions to choose from and determines consumer demands.

Job Requirements:

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
