Job Responsibilities :
Corresponding suitable related information to internal and external customers and spreading understanding with
Adhering to agreed-upon proceedings, achieving expected work principles, targets and objectives
Deliver high-quality support and walk-through for US Members.
Provide first-rate info and case agreement with respect to plan coverage and accounts
Documentation adjustments and monitoring of customer’s accounts
Job Requirements for Customer Service Associate
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
