Customer Service Associate - Earn Up to 22K+

Job Responsibilities :

  • Corresponding suitable related information to internal and external customers and spreading understanding with
  • Adhering to agreed-upon proceedings, achieving expected work principles, targets and objectives
  • Deliver high-quality support and walk-through for US Members.
  • Provide first-rate info and case agreement with respect to plan coverage and accounts
  • Documentation adjustments and monitoring of customer’s accounts

Job Requirements for Customer Service Associate

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
