Customer Service Agent
Job Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer service help phone calls from recognized customer
Cross market useful products and services or items supplied by the company
Provide reliable, remarkable support to every consumer by using all obtainable tools and resources
Performs customer service and account maintenance of each client
Generates and sustains studies for Sales Team
Job Qualifications
Can start ASAP.
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing) but NOT required
Amenable to working on-site
With or WITHOUT BPO or call center experience are welcome
