Customer Service Agent

Job Responsibilities:

  • ┬áHandle inbound customer service help phone calls from recognized customer
  • Cross market useful products and services or items supplied by the company
  • Provide reliable, remarkable support to every consumer by using all obtainable tools and resources
  • Performs customer service and account maintenance of each client
  • Generates and sustains studies for Sales Team

Job Qualifications

  • Can start ASAP.
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing) but NOT required
  • Amenable to working on-site
  • With or WITHOUT BPO or call center experience are welcome
