Customer Service Agent for Food Delivery Account
Job Responsibilities :
Monitor all accounting deliverables, process all vouchers, and ensure work according to deadline.
Prepare reports to be submitted to management and recommend improvements if required.
Perform reconciliation of all reports for cash inflow from abroad.
Evaluate all cost receivables and payables regularly to ensure accuracy.
Manage all information update it on automated systems and generate accounting reports.

Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
