Customer Service Representative- Antipolo Site
Job Responsibilities:
inspects mail, fax, and email to deliver client services.
Operates computer/on-line regulations with the main objective of answering consumer questions.
Conveys with consumers on the telephone or via written communication to solve problems.
Resolves consumer difficulties on the 1st call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
Uses escalation operations as necessary.
Job Qualifications
Can start ASAP.
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing) but NOT required
Amenable to working on-site
With or WITHOUT BPO or call center experience are welcome
