Customer Service Representative- Antipolo Site

Job Responsibilities:

  • inspects mail, fax, and email to deliver client services.
  • Operates computer/on-line regulations with the main objective of answering consumer questions.
  • Conveys with consumers on the telephone or via written communication to solve problems.
  • Resolves consumer difficulties on the 1st call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer the caller.
  • Uses escalation operations as necessary.

Job Qualifications

  • Can start ASAP.
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing) but NOT required
  • Amenable to working on-site
  • With or WITHOUT BPO or call center experience are welcome
