Customer Care Associate for DAYSHIFT Account
Job Responsibilities :
Documentation adjustments and monitoring of customer’s accounts
Adhere to proposed models by customer in managing customers.
Answer individual problems, as well as talk to individuals to obtain a full understanding of what information is being inquired.
Document all messages or calls in terms of inquiries
Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from management organization so call returns are done in an early way.
Job Requirements for Customer Care Associate for DAYSHIFT Account
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to work on-site
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
