Job Responsibilities :

  • Documentation adjustments and monitoring of customer’s accounts
  • Adhere to proposed models by customer in managing customers.
  • Answer individual problems, as well as talk to individuals to obtain a full understanding of what information is being inquired.
  • Document all messages or calls in terms of inquiries
  • Monitor Contact Tracking for replies from management organization so call returns are done in an early way.

Job Requirements for Customer Care Associate for DAYSHIFT Account

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
