CSR/ TSR - No BPO experience required

Job Responsibilities :

  • Discovering the customers’ expectations via effective listening and questioning skills
  • Dealing Operating with all calls politely, , courteously, professionally & assertively
  • Complementing customers’ requirements to Clients’ solutions and services
  • Using arrangement and influencing methods to address objections and get the customers’ buy-in
  • Communicating pertinent details to internal and external customers and sharing understanding with colleagues

Job Requirements for CSR/ TSR - No BPO experience required

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
