Job Responsibilities :
Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer
Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, upgrades, and rate plans
Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; and verifying information.
Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; and providing information.
Understand the future patient’s preferences.

Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to work on-site
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
