Job Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for improving customer retention through programs and services provided to the customer
  • Make recommendations according to customer’s needs on features, accessories, upgrades, and rate plans
  • Obtains client information by answering telephone calls; interviewing clients; and verifying information.
  • Informs clients by explaining procedures; answering questions; and providing information.
  • Understand the future patient’s preferences.

Job Requirements for Healthcare Account - Antipolo site

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
