CSR for Travel Account - Ayala site
Job Responsibilities :
Generate alternate reservation plans in the event adjustments come up in advance of or for the duration of the particular trip
Generate bookings for organized vacations, such as resorts and airlines
Check-in with clientele with regards to vacation options and help to make changes as needed
Organize the utilization of extra miles as well as other advantages that customers desire to use

Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to work on-site
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
