Job Responsibilities :
Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
Provision of assistance to clients by replying to queries, providing information, and ensuring befitting follow-up.
Manage cash with investment brokers and banks daily
Validate accounts as well as bank certificates
Collate accounts of staff, travel advances, and other expenses relating to entertainment and travel

Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
