Job Responsibilities:
Determine and consider assistance levels when called for.
Make ideas to greatly enhance systems and specialized improvements.
Using a digital program replies to user inquiries in a call center sector.
May conduct one or more of the following: Take action to call issues and grievances using basic scripts and processes.
Gathers info, researches/resolves questions and records consumer phone calls.
Job Requirements for CSR for Pasig City site
Can start ASAP
Amenable to work on-site
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
