Job Responsibilities:

  • Determine and consider assistance levels when called for.
  • Make ideas to greatly enhance systems and specialized improvements.
  • Using a digital program replies to user inquiries in a call center sector.
  • May conduct one or more of the following: Take action to call issues and grievances using basic scripts and processes.
  • Gathers info, researches/resolves questions and records consumer phone calls.

Job Requirements for CSR for Pasig City site

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
