CSR for Online Food Delivery - Up to 27K

Job Responsibilities :

  • Dealing and Interacting with all requests with good grace, courteously, correctly & assertively
  • Coordinating customers’ needs with Clients’ goods
  • Using arbitration and influencing training to resolve arguments and obtain the customers’ buy-in
  • Presenting appropriate resources to internal and external users and spreading learning with colleagues
  • Present the very best help and walk-through for US Prospects.

Job Requirements for CSR for Online Food Delivery - Up to 27K

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
