Job Responsibilities :
Dealing and Interacting with all requests with good grace, courteously, correctly & assertively
Coordinating customers’ needs with Clients’ goods
Using arbitration and influencing training to resolve arguments and obtain the customers’ buy-in
Presenting appropriate resources to internal and external users and spreading learning with colleagues
Present the very best help and walk-through for US Prospects.
Job Requirements for CSR for Online Food Delivery - Up to 27K
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
