Responsible for telephone and written correspondence to customers and Field sales to pursue collections of Foodservice, Food Retail and National accounts.
Using creativity in credit extension by use of secondary protection to include job/projects, letters of credit, pre-lien notices, personal and cross-corporate guarantees and all other credit tools available
Identifying and acting as a facilitator when reconciling disputed balances
Monitoring credit exceptions for new shipments

Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)

BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
