CSR for Insurance Account- Mandaluyong site

Job Responsibilities:

  • Daily review of reports to identify outstanding orders for follow-up and work with Sales & Operations to resolve.
  • Create additional billing to customers for charges (freight, cutting, etc.) or inventory delivered but not billed.
  • Data entry, indexing codes, scanning documents, and entering gas, motel, food, freight, and repair receipts.
  • Ability to multitask, answer phones and coordinate clients to the correct department.

Job Requirements for CSR - Insurance Account- Mandaluyong site

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
