CSR for Financial Account - Open to High School graduate
Job Responsibilities :
- Filed insurance information for billing and performed followed up with collections of delinquent.
- Update patient billing accounts and demographics with the Census Department
- Accurate and timely billing of services and fees to clients
- Billing procedures for assigned facilities, processing invoice discrepancy forms, and interim reports
- Use of problem-solving skills when working on client accounts
Job Requirements for CSR for Financial Account - Open to High School graduate
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work on-site
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- With or without BPO or call center experience
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
