Job Requirements for Call Center for Healthcare Account (Quezon-City):

To qualify for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

    • At least 6 months of BPO experience is required

    • College undergraduates are welcome to apply

    • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written

    • Willingness to work on-site in Quezon City

    • Ability to work on shifting schedules.

    • Good problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset

    • Familiarity with call center tools and CRM systems is a plus
