Works out computer/on-line guidelines for the purpose of replying to consumer doubts..
Conveys with consumers on the telephone or by way of written communication to settle problems.
Produce top quality help and walk-through for US Users.
Provide excellent specifics and case judgment with respect to plan coverage and accounts

Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
With or without BPO or call center experience
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
