Job Responsibilities :
Communicates with clients on the phone or by written correspondence to handle issues.
Resolves client concerns on the initial call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer caller.
Employs escalation methods as required.
Completes, processes and keeps appropriate documents and records.
Understand the customers’ expectations thru productive listening and questioning skills
Job Requirements for Call Center Agent - Baguio Site
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
