Call Center Agent - Open for HS Graduate

Job Responsibilities :

  • Escalates problem accounts and knows how to find pertinent information in searching for a resolution.
  • Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers to resolve billing issues
  • Performs daily billing reconciliation
  • Performs all manual and automated billing tasks
  • Prepares proforma invoices as needed
  • Assists in accounting system maintenance and process improvements

Job Requirements: Call Center Agent - Open for HS Graduate

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
