Call Center Agent - Open for HS Graduate
Job Responsibilities :
Escalates problem accounts and knows how to find pertinent information in searching for a resolution.
Serves as a primary point of contact for internal and external customers to resolve billing issues
Performs daily billing reconciliation
Performs all manual and automated billing tasks
Prepares proforma invoices as needed
Assists in accounting system maintenance and process improvements

Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
