Call Center Agent for Retail Account

Job Responsibilities :

  • Maintain accurate and complete customer account information.
  • Assist in determining pricing quotes for customers.
  • Coordinate with Account Mangers in determining new business opportunities with potential customers.
  • Provide responses to customer inquiries in a professional manner.
  • Resolve customer issues/concerns promptly.

Job Requirements for Call Center Agent for Retail Account

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
