CSR for Health Care Account- Parañaque Site
Job Responsibilities:
Apply learned knowledge and procedures when servicing customer queries
Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues; recommending instructional language.
Ownership of customer requests as well as follow up to ensure resolution was provided
Professionally listen to and resolve customer complaints and escalate as appropriate
Job Requirements:
Can start ASAP
Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
