  • Provide pricing information to customers
  • Provide information on daily deals and discounts
  • Prepare customer and productivity reports for the benefit of supervisors
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers or responses

Job Requirements for Pioneer Account - CSR for Telco

  • Can start ASAP
  • Amenable to work on-site
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
