Job Responsibilities:
- inspects mail, fax, and electronic mail to give client suggestions.
- Performs computer/online methods to answer customer inquiries.
- Communicate with customers on the phone or through written correspondence to fix concerns.
- Discovering the customers’ needs via efficient listening and questioning skills

- Amenable to work on-site
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- With or without BPO or call center experience
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
