- Conveys with user on the telephone or by using written communication to deal with considerations.
- Recognizing the customers’ specifications by way of effective listening and questioning skills
- Dealing Working with all phone calls pleasantly, courteously, expertly & assertively
- Corresponding customers’ wants to Clients’ products and solutions and services
Job Requirements for Non- Voice Representative Agent (limited slots only)
- Can start ASAP
- Amenable to work on-site
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- With or without BPO or call center experience
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
