Job Responsibilities :
• Communicates with customer on the phone or by written correspondence to clear up concerns. • Understand the customers’ requirements thru efficient listening and questioning skills • Dealing Doing business with all enquiries tactfully, courteously, properly & assertively • Matching customers’ preferences to Clients’ equipment and services • Using arbitration and influencing experience to take care of arguments and generate the customers’ buy-in

Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
