CSR for Travel Account - Ayala site
Job Responsibilities :
- Generate alternate reservation plans in the event adjustments come up in advance of or for the duration of the particular trip
- Generate bookings for organized vacations, such as resorts and airlines
- Check-in with clientele with regards to vacation options and help to make changes as needed
- Organize the utilization of extra miles as well as other advantages that customers desire to use
Job Requirements for CSR for Travel Account - Ayala site
- Can start ASAP
- Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
- Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
- Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
- Amenable to work on-site
- BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
- With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
