Chat Support Agent Needed!

Job Responsibilities :

  • May carry out one or more of the following: Responds to telephone inquiries and complaints using standard scripts and procedures.
  • Gathers information, researches/resolves inquiries, and logs customer calls.
  • Communicate appropriate options for resolution in a timely manner.
  • Informs clients about services available and assesses customer needs.
  • Provides well-designed instruction, training, and assistance to lower-level staff.

Job Requirements - Chat Support Agent

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer-facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
