Job Responsibilities :

  • Communicates with clients on the phone or by written correspondence to handle issues.
  • Resolves client concerns on the initial call/contact whenever possible without having to transfer caller.
  • Employs escalation methods as required.
  • Completes, processes and keeps appropriate documents and records.
  • Understand the customers’ expectations thru productive listening and questioning skills

Job Requirements for Call Center Agent - Baguio Site

  • Can start ASAP
  • Filipino Citizen, or hold relevant residence status
  • Good verbal, listening, and communication skills. Preferred language: English.
  • Experience in any of these is a plus. (Sales, Tech, GDS, B2B, Collection, Billing, or Customer facing)
  • Amenable to working on-site or hybrid
  • BPO or call center experience is required for High school (Old curriculum) graduates or Senior High (New curriculum) graduates.
  • With or without BPO or call center experience for College undergraduates and graduates.
